It is always safest to place the bottom at the lowest position. Do always use this position when your child is able to sit
The top of the mattress must never be beyond the mark on the inner side of the cot. This mark indicates the maximum thickness of the mattress to be used with the cot
In general the thickness of the mattress shall be such that the internal height from the surface of the mattress to the upper edge of the bed frame is at least 500 mm when the cot base is in the lowest position. When the cot base is in the highest position – or the side is lowered – the internal height must be at least 200 mm
Suitable mattress size: 60x120x10 cm
Minimum size of mattress: The length and width shall be such that the gap between the mattress and the sides and ends does not exceed 30 mm

Be sure that all screws and fittings always are fastened and that there are no loose parts that the clothes or parts of your child’s body may get caught in (i.e. strings, chains, strings for soothers etc.)
Regularly check that the cot is not damaged in any way
Warning: Never place the bed near open fire or other strong heating sources
Warning: Never leave anything in the bed that the child might stand on or that can pose a danger of suffocation or strangulation
To prevent fall injuries when the child is able to climb out of the cot, the cot shall no longer be used for that child
If you leave the child unattended in the cot, always make sure that the movable side is closed
Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the cot
Dot not use the cot if any part is broken, torn or missing and use only spare parts approved by the manufacturer
Do not leave anything in the cot or place the cot close to another product, which could provide a foothold or present a danger of suffocation or strangulation, e.g. strings, blind/curtain cords, etc.
Do not use more than one mattress in the cot
Clean the panel and cot using warm water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth to avoid scratches. Wipe dry with a firmly wrung cloth
Never use solvents, chemicals sourcing powders or sharp tools in connection with cleaning the panel or cot
